Youth Life Specialist
Part-Time: 20 Hours/Week | Includes PTO | Reports to: NextGen Pastor
We’re looking for someone to join our staff for 20 hours a week to invest in our middle and high schoolers.
The primary job is simple but significant: be present. We want someone who will meet students where they are, build trust, and help them discover what it means to live with Jesus in their everyday reality. Our goal is to provide our kids with another voice in their lives that points them toward Jesus—walking alongside them as they move from knowing about Him to being transformed by Him. At Life Community, we believe that authentic, relational discipleship is often built on a foundation of shared fun and ordinary, everyday connections.
Because we value raising up leaders from within, we are looking first for someone already attending or closely connected to our church family.
